This vineyard is located in the municipality of Serralunga d’Alba, in the locality of Baudana, and was just recently purchased by the estate.

The Helvetian and Tortonian soils consist mainly of layers of marl, sedimentary calcareous clay and sandstone.
The articular micro climate and the characteristic nature of the land provide the ideal conditions for the finest expression of the noble Nebbiolo grape variety.

The vineyard is among the finest DOCG Barolo crus, the most prestigious slopes in the area for the production of wines appreciated the world over for their structure and longevity.

The terroir, along with long ageing in wood, conveys good body, elegant tannins and a persistent aftertaste to the Barolo DOCG made here.
