VINIFICATION

Maceration: traditional, for at least 20 days with délèstage in concrete tanks
Maturation: 38 months between slavonian oak barrels and bottles
Preservation and endurance: bottle in horizontal position, more than 15 years

SENSORY PROFILE

The color is garnet red, velvety and deep. Intense and enveloping aroma, with captivating notes of moss and undergrowth closing spicy and with a balsamic end. The taste of a silky entrance leaves place for a stretch and vibrant extention which ends with a solid tannic rich and austere weave.
