Maceration: absent, pressing of whole grapes
Fermentation: in autoclave at controlled temperature to achieve the right balance between alcohol, acidity and sugar. Cold micro-filtration and bottling.
SENSORY PROFILE
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Classic expression of the variety Moscato, carries in his olfactory kit an elegant and varied shades of orange blossom, peach and sage. Perlage is fine and persistent. The taste is intense and elegant.
