Maceration: absent, pressing of the whole grapes
Maturation: 8 months on yeasts with battonage
Aging in the bottle: about 1 year
Preservation and endurance: bottle in horizontal position, 6-7 years


Intense straw yellow color. The fragrance is wide with hints of hazelnut, wild fennel, vanilla, sage and lime.
The taste is rich with pronounced mineral flavor. The aftertaste is sweet, with hints of vanilla and roasted coffee.
