SENSORY PROFILE
Fine and persistent perlage. Straw yellow colour with green reflections. Intense and elegant nose with fresh notes reminiscent of white flowers and pear. The palate has a decisive, creamy and crisp entry, supported by a fine acid nerve that closes with a pleasant persistence.
